FREE live entertaiment nightly, FREE use of playpen, recreation center (billiards, table tennis, etc.) FREE parking, Use of swimming pools, hammocks and beach with beach hotel, FREE mineral water in Hotel Rooms, replenished daily. All Rooms with complimentary cofee & tea.
- Minimum of 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation.

- Early Check-In or Late Check-Out: Allowed only during Low Occupancy

HOTEL HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS
• Check-in time: 2:00 PM / Check-out time: 12:00 NN.
• Late check-out will be charged accordingly with extra charge.
• Additional guests must be registered at the reception.
• Drinking Water - Water from the faucet is not suitable for drinking. Drinking water may be requested from the room attendant.
• Flammables - Flammable substances such as candles, and equipment such as gas & electric stoves for cooking are strictly prohibited inside the room.
• Hot Water - Hot water is available from 4:00 am to 10:00 pm.
• Pets - No pets are allowed inside the rooms or in any part of the resort.
• Room amenities - Room amenities provided in the guestrooms are accounted for. Any missing (non-consumable) amenities shall be charged to the room occupant.• Restaurant schedule and Room Service - The Sunset Cafe' is open from 6:00 am to11:00 pm and room service is likewise available from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm.
• Swimming Pools - Swimming pools are available for use from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. For the grand pool, pool users are required to use swimsuits.
• Towels - Towels are provided in the room. An additional towel for use outside the room is available at a charge of Php 50.00. These towels should be requested at the front desk w/ deposit of Php 300 and for the lost towels charge of Php 300. Rates are subject tochange.
• Valuables - The hotel is not liable for the lost of valuables inside the rooms. Safety deposit boxes at the front desk are available for the guests use. Free of charge.
• Bottled Beverages - Non-breakable bottled drinks and beverages are not allowed inside the hotel premises. In cans & plastic container with corkage of Php 300/case, hard drinks corkage at Php 500/bottle. Corkage fee is subject to change.• Terms of payment - Full payment required upon check-in.
